HEADQUARTER
TWO IS BETTER THAN ONE
Currently, we have two headquarters located in South Korea and Vietnam. Each HQ focuses on the product development and production process aspects.
South Korea HQ

focuses on developing, sourcing, and designing by communicating with the clients.
Vietnam HQ

acts as our Technical Quality Control Center (T.Q.C.C)

communicating with the factories and supervising the production process
QUALITY CONTROL
We can supervise the production process hands-on with our Vietnam HQ or Junny Vina. Our Quality Control, or Q.C, team is stationed at the local factories, giving detailed reports of the production status - thus saving time, and reducing faulty products.

FACTORIES
COOPERATION
Our partnering factories are located in Ha Noi, Vietnam, around a 1 - 2 hour drive from the office. Experienced with power sports apparel, not limited to, these factories can produce quality products with a consistent speed to meet deadlines.
SPECIALIZED
Many of our partnering factories have been working with us for many years.
They are staffed with experienced workers who have helped in producing the top-quality apparel the Junny Interwork had been promised.
CAPACITY AND PRODUCTION LINE
We arrange the best capacity for each production program by the items and delivery time, working with our long-term contracted factories.

Each factory has 3 ~ 8 production lines.

One production line consists of 25 ~ 39 sewers

In total, we can produce 300,000 ~ 350,000pcs of garments year around.
PROCESS
BACK AND FORTH
Communication is a key factor in a healthy partnership. Here at Junny Interwork, we prioritize communicating with the buyers - updating them about the production process to ensure quality and meet the deadline.
If necessary, we visit our buyers all over the world to have a face-to-face conversation. Moreover, we happily welcome our buyers to visit both our South Korea and Vietnam HQ - meet with our teams, and visit the local factories to have a better understanding of Junny Interwork in person.

By sending the tech pack, we will review and consult with you about the material sourcing - finding and developing for quality textile fabric, accessories, and many more.
If not, we can provide and share with various designs and ideas that we archived for past 20 years. We send you a series of designs based on your preference.
CONSULTATION
With all designs and materials are decided, the first prototype sample will be sent with quotation to you for a review.
After your confirmation, we will begin produce both photo and salesman samples. Upon completion, the samples are sent in various methods of delivery.
SAMPLES
After your confirmation and P.O or Purchase Order is given to us. We will begin preparing a PPS (Pre-Production Sample) with actual materials for your review.
Our Quality Control or Q.C team will supervise the production process to ensure the top quality that Junny Interwork has promised.
The finished products will be shipped through freight, and to your location.
